Heliodore is charged in bolívares, with no need for an international card. Here is how it works:

1. You pay in bolívares

The price is set in dollars (USD) and charged in bolívares at the day's BCV rate, by Pago Móvil or bank transfer.

2. You report the payment

Write to hola@heliodoreapp.com with the date, amount, bank and reference number. We verify it.

3. You get your invoice

We send you a digital invoice with a control number, showing the exchange rate.

Annual plan

If you choose the annual plan, one single invoice is issued when you pay.

If you stop paying

Not everything gets locked. You'll be able to view and export your data, but not create new records.

There are no published prices yet: they will be set with the first doctors in the pilot.
